Scandeat Food & Beverage Group S.L. (NIF:B72526163) based in Madrid now registers a company in Sweden (Scandeat Vin AB) in order to become a supplier to Systembolaget. At the same time we offer more people to become co-owners of our wines and our new business as a wine producer and importer in Sweden.

With a cooperative business model, we want to produce and trade the wine together with hundreds of active members, not a few passive owners.

With are based in Madrid and have been working with Spanish wines since 2016 and are today involved in all stages of the value chain. Everything from cultivation, production, transport, marketing and sales. Traveling in the Spanish countryside and the strong and personal relationships we have with producers and wine farmers are our recipe for success.

We work with wine farmers and producers in several of the most famous regions; Rioja Alavesa, Ribera del Duero, Montsant, Priorat and Vina de Madrid.

Our first launch will be a boxed wine that has been tested on the Swedish market since July 2023. The wine has won all our blind tests and there is already strong demand in Northern Sweden where the wine has been sold via our e-commerce platform. Our unique boxed wine will initially be offered through Systembolaget’s order range and the 454 stores and 480 agents where collection can take place.

Our boxed wine is unique because it has been aged in French oak barrels for twelve months.

Boxed wines are the largest product segment at Systembolaget and in 2023, 104 million liters of boxed wine were sold, with a total turnover of SEK 70.2 billion. So we look forward to the first reviews and wine critics’ ratings with excitement.

We invite everyone who loves wine, food and people to become a customer, member or a partner in our new business right from the start. We can guarantee inspiring wine tasting events both in Sweden and Spain and invitation to our annual harvest party in Stockholm in October.
