Scandeat Ready to Eat plans to create ready meals in its Food Lab using the best and most iconic nordic ingredients.

From a cold tasting platter to a hot dinner, Scandeat wants to bring all forms of delicious nordic eating to deli’s, groceries and supermarkets in France, Spain, Belgium and the Netherlands for those who love and those who wish to discover the Scandinavian kitchen.

Imagine a platter with gravlax, dill & mustard sauce, shrimp Skagen mix, Västerbotten cheese pie and mustard herring. Or exclusive Swedish Lapland game meatballs in gravy served with mashed potatoes, pickled sweet cucumber and lingonberry jam. Want a more luxurious meal? Try roast reindeer with seasonal vegetables and dill potatoes.
