Imagine a platter with gravlax, dill & mustard sauce, shrimp Skagen mix, Västerbotten cheese pie and mustard herring. Or exclusive Swedish Lapland game meatballs in gravy served with mashed potatoes, pickled sweet cucumber and lingonberry jam. Want a more luxurious meal?
