Our wild salmon from the Bothnian Bay in the northern part of the Baltic Sea is known as ‘Baltic blonde salmon’ because of its very pale pink colour that it gets from a steady natural diet of small light-coloured fish and which is its hallmark of quality with its unique taste and fondant texture.

COLD SMOKED WILD SALMON
Our wild salmon from the Bothnian Bay in the northern part of the Baltic Sea is smoked in France through artisan methods. It is prepared from wild salmon fillets, which are trimmed, hand-salted with Camargue bio salt, smoked and then vacuum packed.

HOT SMOKED SALMON
This smoked salmon is prepared from Norwegian salmon fillet Salmo Salar, which is trimmed, hand-salted, and smoked with alder wood shavings in Sweden.

ORIGINAL GRAVLAX
This traditional Gravlax marinated salmon Salmo Salar comes from selected farms in Norway and is directly after transport processed by one of Swedens leading producers the classic Swedish artisan way, with sugar, salt and dill.

KALIX LÖJROM ‘NORDIC CAVIAR’
Kalix Löjrom is the roe of a salmonid fish called vendace from the Bothnian Bay archipelago of the Baltic Sea in northern Sweden. This orange-gold ‘bleak roe’ has a subtle and mild flavour, with a pure marine taste, and a fine silky texture. A unique Swedish specialty, it is often served at royal dinners and is common on the annual Nobel prize banquet menu.
