For Las Parcelas Blanco, we start with selected vineyards with an average age of around 50 years, which produce wines of remarkable complexity and length that require several years in bottle to reach their full potential. Depending on the vintage, the wines mature for the required time in the cellar, using a combination of stainless steel, concrete tanks, large used barrels and wooden barrels. Bideona strives to clearly express the character of the Viura grape without fermentation aromas or excessive oak influence.
A subtle but exciting aroma that opens in the glass, revealing stone fruits, herbs and white flowers. Juicy and refreshing on the palate, with balance and length. It shows a chalky, mineral finish.
