Scandeat proposes a range of gourmet products from carefully selected producers in Sweden; high quality products that many nordic top chefs and restaurants use in their traditional recipes.
The gourmet range includes: Reindeer and moose meat, hot and cold smoked BIO farmed salmon, cold smoked Baltic wild salmon, original gravlax and the unique Kalix Löjrom bleak roe.
Scandeat Deli
Scandeat provides products to caterers, cafés and restaurants with original ingredients to make delicious classic Scandinavian open-sandwiches, salads and Smørrebrød.
The Deli range includes: North Atlantic shrimp, herring, original Gravlax, Danish roast beef, creamy reindeer salad and meatballs. Garnish products: Beetroot salad, Skagen shrimp salad, remoulade sauce, dill & mustard sauce among many other nordic specialties.
Scandeat Ready-to-Eat
Scandeat is working on a new range of products that suits larger supermarket chains and grocery stores. Classic meatballs with mashed potatoes, salmon box, herring and festive combos will be on the menu.
